HAUS ERIKA apartments

Positiv: Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Gastgebern in schöner Lage oberhalb von Sölden. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto können Stellplätze in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage genutzt werden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Positiv: Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber, sehr ruhige Lage, Tiefgaragenstellplatz fürs Auto, sehr nette Vermieter, Skikeller vorhanden, Anbindung zum Skibus

Negativ: Man musste etwas auf die Zeit achten, da der Skibus in 30-45 min Abständen fuhr. Keine Mikrowelle vorhanden.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist modern und neuwertig. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung in der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Tolle Wohnung für einen super schönen Urlaub im herrlichen Sölden ☀️🍀😊

Positiv: Tolle Gastgeberin, schöne Unterkunft mit allem was ein Urlaub braucht. Top, dass für die Reinigung alles vorhanden war. Kaffee gab es sogar auch 😊 Tiefgarage war super!

Negativ: Lüfter im Bad war sehr staubig. Die Heizkörper haben teils Geräusche von sich gegeben, auch wenn sie aus waren.

Positiv: Super nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in der modernen, gemütlichen und sauberen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, die außerdem gut ausgestattet war. 😀 Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt!

A truly relaxing and unforgettable trip in a beautiful place with a perfect apartment to match.

Positiv: Fantastic apartment – stylishly finished, with a perfectly equipped kitchen (the only thing missing was a microwave). Everything was top-notch. The contactless key handover eliminates any stress related to travel delays (traffic jams – I never know if I’ll reach the Alps in 10 or 14 hours…). The location is a bit off the beaten path, but in a picturesque setting (though all of Sölden is picturesque 😊). The path to the store over the suspension bridge is simply world-class – I’ve never walked a more scenic route just to get fresh rolls! I really hope I’ll get the chance to come back. Highly recommended!

Positiv: A really nicely finished property with all the necessary to enjoy a nice holiday. We spent a week in December and enjoyed every bit of it. The kitchen comes fully equipped so if fancy a meal in you have the facilities. The property is few minutes away from high street and the ski station. There is a parking space right next to the property to load/unload your luggage and an underground car park in the next building which is less than a minute walk.

Positiv: View from the balcony and roof window in the kitchen area. Very well equipped kitchen. Convenient, covered parking space in the neighboring building.

Positiv: A lovely place to spend a longer vacation. We appreciated very much the perfect quality and facilities of the apartment. We have found here everything we could imagine to need for a long stay. We loved the place, view, quietness, cleaness and the proximity of high mountains. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We hope to come back in the near future.
