Gute Apartments in bester Lage.

Positiv: Die Lage ist top, direkt auf der Hauptstraße von Sölden. Skibus Haltestellen ist ca. 20 Meter entfernt in beiden Richtungen (Gaislachkogelbahn oder Giggijochbahn). Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist superfreundlich. Vielen lieben Dank!

Positiv: Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt an der Hauptstraße in Sölden und die Lifte sind super easy entweder zu Fuß oder per Bus zu erreichen. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Negativ: Die Unterkunft bietet eine Sauna nur von 16-18 Uhr an. Die Zeiten sind leider nicht flexibel und die Sauna wurde auch nicht am Wochenende angemacht. Leider muss man die Voranmeldung jeden Tag erneut machen, dies haben wir immer gemacht und leider wurde dies vergessen und aus diesem Grund konnten wir die Sauna den dritten Tag auch nicht nutzen. Die Sauna ist leider auch ein Argument im Skirulaub eine Unterkunft zu buchen oder eben nicht, daher war das schon enttäuschend.

In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft

Positiv: Der Check in verlief sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Unser Appartement hatte eine sehr gute Lage da das Schlafzimmer nicht zur Hauptstraße hin lag (Appartement 7).Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen gemütlichen Kachelofen.

Negativ: Die Einrichtung des Appartement könnte moderner sein. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem. Der Saunabereich ist lieblos und alt. Die Sauna Tür bekommt man nur mit Gewalt auf und zu.

Reasonable

Positiv: Very good location, ski bus is just nearby, petrol station and bakery as well. Gondola is just one stop from appartment. Friendly host, late check in possible as host lives in the same house

Negativ: No elavator, spa area is old fashioned, steam sauna is not warm at all, finish sauna is too small and dark ( feels claustrophobic), no jakuzzi, no pool, just three very old sun beds. No dish washer

Quite OK, but upgrades needed

Positiv: Overall a pleasant and quite comfortable stay. Good location and Maria a helpful host, eager to help. The owners though should invest in upgrading as the place is quite obsolete - furniture, ammenities need an update.

Positiv: Location was near to Gondela and next to a bus stop so excellent transport links

Good place to stay.

Positiv: Easy acces, near facilities in the village. Parking car in front of appartment. Ski cellar locked, only accessable for guests. Sauna and wellness.

Negativ: In appartment no easy relaxing seat, couch or something. Kitchen table, high chairs and one small sofa. Wifi oke but regularly have to renew the log in.

Perfect location and a great place for a family to stay - we would definitely stay here again

Positiv: Perfect location for the lifts and also for the town. A Spar supermarket just across the road too. Bus stop 1-2 minute walk from accommodation if you want to ski at Hochgurgl and Obergurgl. Large bedrooms, all with ensuite, with a well equipped kitchen and dining area - perfect for a large family.

Negativ: The third bedroom and bathroom were separate from the other two and the living area, which wasn't really a problem (and it was detailed in the booking) but it would have been better if all 3 bedrooms were linked together with the living / kitchen area.
