Haus Cervelli by MoniCare

Cosy Apartment for a family with a great view

Positiv: Fabulous location, free parking and a wonderful view from every window. I loved the balcony, decor and cosiness. The washing machine and drying rack was very useful. It was a lovely walk into town, we loved the town of Seefeld and would love to return. We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens)

Negativ: Plumper pillows would be preferred, hand soap in every toilet. But these are only small things.

Positiv: Excellent location, short walking distance to railway station but very peaceful. Clean and comfortable apartment. Good WiFi. We spent here 10 days with a family of four and the flat was spacious for us, with three bedrooms, three toilets and two showers. We managed easily without a car, local public transport is free with the guest card. Highly recommended!

Positiv: Very nice comfortable house with a bright aspect over a meadow (or something..it was snow covered). Furnished and decorated nicely; modern renovated bathrooms. Conveniently close to rail station.

Negativ: All very minor - missing practical items: stopper for sink, pastry brush and roller (if you like that sort of thing!) and 'pan' missing from 'brush and pan' (and no vacuum cleaner). Muesli/soup bowls in short supply.

Wonderful Stay at Haus Cervelli by MoniCare

Negativ: - The furniture is quite old - WiFi signal is weak

Enjoyable

Positiv: Apartment was clean, cozy, warm, well equipped and big enough. Perfect location - walking distance to the center of the village and Rosshütte ski resort.

The whole experience was unforgettable and the property was exceptional.

Positiv: Property was exceptional. Location superb. Very high quality and immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Already thinking about a summer holiday in the same place. Also the property was excellent value for money if fully occupied.

Negativ: The internet had to be reset every morning in order to get an internet connection. It then worked fine all day until bedtime.

Positiv: An excellent house at an excellent location in Seefeld. Quiet yet a few steps away from everything.

Negativ: There’s nothing to not like.

Very comfortable stay in nice spacious apartment.

Positiv: Nice spacious apartment in a quiet area. Well equipped kitchen and convenient adjoining dining area. Large lounge and comfortable seating. Bonus to have 2 bathrooms (3 loos).

Negativ: TV in bedroom had no signal.
