Positiv: Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Diese war hilfsbereit und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Tolle Ausstattung, nicht weit zur Bushaltestelle in Richtung Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis Schwimmbad und Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. Badesee in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Im Garten Spielgeräte und genug Platz um zu toben oder Federball zu spielen. Alles in allem ein toller Sommerurlaub in Tirol.

Negativ: Es gab nichts zu meckern.

Alles Bestens

Positiv: Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung in der Küche. Endlich mal genug Teller, Besteck und Gläser. Alles total modern und tipptopp sauber.

Negativ: Die Lage ist zwar ok, das wussten wir ja vorher. Aber leider fährt der Skibus nur 1x die Stunde und von 10-15 Uhr gar nicht.

Great, spacious apartment, fast WiFi, sauna

Positiv: We made check-in before our arrival, so after arriving we just collected the keys in front of the apartment from our host Sylvia. Very polite Sylvia showed us whole apartment and answered all our questions. The apartment itself is very spacious and was provided with everything we needed - toilet paper, bathroom towels, sauna towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher cubes, garbage bags, coffee, etc. The apartment has got 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, oven, electric kettle, etc.). The apartment itself is well located - in front of a skibus stop. There is a big shopping center (MPreis, Lidl) in approx. 5-7 min. walking distance. In Prutz (where the apartment is located) you may find restaurants, coffee spots, as well as bakery (opened from 6:00). In front of the apartment you will also find free parking spots. Furthermore, there is a ski room and a laundry place. Will definitely come back there.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you could need

Positiv: Excellent property that totally comes up to expectations. Really comfortable. Lovely bathrooms. Very friendly host who explained everything and replied to any queries immediately . There is a good coffee machine that takes beans and an infa red cabinet to soothe away aches and pains Everything is provided - tea towels, dish washer tablets, loo rolls etc. and the host will top up if required. Bins are in garden so no trek to find bins!

Negativ: There is only a small oven. If you don’t want to do a lot of cooking this is fine but if you wanted to cook three pizzas at once it would be tricky. I cooked a turkey and ham pie and a tray of roast potatoes so it is doable. Not reallly a problem .

Wonderful apartment with lots to do in the local area.

Positiv: The apartment was very well equipped, spacious and extremely comfortable. Sylvia was there to greet us and gave us a very warm welcome with all necessary information.

Negativ: Nothing!

Positiv: Ruim appartement, alles voor handen. Zeer proper en vooral een heel warme ontvangst van een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Zeer goede ligging. Een aanrader! Als we terugkeren naar de regio boeken we zeker opnieuw bij Alpen Apart Heiss.

Negativ: Geen negatieve feedback, alles was super!
