Positiv: Sehr schöne und großzügige Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung, ruhige, schöne Lage. Ideal mit kleinen Kindern, da nahe gelegener schöner Spielplatz und kaum Autoverkehr auf der schmalen Straße. Idyllische Umgebung mit Wandermöglichkeit zum schönen Obernberger See direkt vom Haus weg.

Negativ: nichts

Sehr schöne, sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, in einer ruhigen, wunderschönen Umgebung.

Positiv: Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und Wohnküche. Freundlicher Empfang, sehr ruhig gelegen, sonnig, großer Spielplatz in der Nähe (150 m). Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Kleinkindern

Negativ: Kaffeefilter wären fein bzw. sollte bei der Beschreibung angeführt weden, dass man die selber mitbringen muss.

Loved it here. Everything exceeded our expectations a little. Lovely people too.

Positiv: The owners are lovely. We (a group of motorcyclists in our 50s) found them welcoming, friendly and helpful, and we had some fun communicating via Google Translate. The apartment is beautiful, set in a picturesque valley with far reaching views over farmland to mountains. There’s a large guesthouse with public bar & restaurant in the village. Good food, drinks and panoramic views just 200m from the apartment.

Amazing views from all rooms

Positiv: Amazing apartment in a beautiful location. The interior specifications are of high quality and we had a comfortable stay there. Fully furnished kitchen, tastefully decorated bedroom and the lovely views from all rooms made our stay memorable. Katja and Klaus are lovely and very hospitable. Katja also did a laundry for us at our request for additional fee. Katja also provided us the Wipptal guest card for free bus travel across region ( which we used for our return journey to Innsbruck)

Negativ: Uber service is not available, and the nearest shop is 5km away in Gries. Bus service is good but every 2hr in morning half so if you don't have a car it can be difficult to depend on taxis etc.

Positiv: Accommodation in this house was very pleasant. The rooms were pleasant and cozy. There was a comfortable and cozy kitchen. The location is fantastic, with a view of the mountains outside the window. While the autumnal weather prevailed on the toboggan run in Innsbruck, when arriving at the accommodation, the children had the opportunity to enjoy winter fun on the mountain. Beautiful walking trails are nearby.

Negativ: It should be noted that when entering the roof rooms, you will have to lean down so as not to hit your head. :)

Fabulous stay, fabulous location, fabulous people!

Positiv: The property was very spacious and Katja and Klaus are very welcoming. They don't speak english but I used my basic german and that was fine. There was no washing mashine but Katja did a load for us for 5 euros. You need to have cash for the deposit and Katja took the required tax payment out of that and we got the rest back at the end, no problem. The area is amazing. I enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony looking at the mountains and watching the birds and wildlife. We did lots of cycling (I recommend an e bike unless you are very fit!) and walking. There is a great restaurant 5 mins walk away, also very welcoming. There is a Spar shop about 10 mins drive away that has everything you need.

Casa molto bella e grande, ma rapporto qualità/prezzo non proprio eccellente

Positiv: La posizione è fantastica, immersa nella campagna e di fronte ha un ottima vista. La casa è molto ampia ed incredibilmente pulita, ottimo anche il parcheggio compreso, molto comodo. Le stanze sono ampie e ben luminose. Molto apprezzato il fatto che i proprietari abbiano allestito, subito dopo l'ingresso, una zona in cui poter togliere le scarpe, in modo tale da non contaminare la casa. I proprietari (che abitano al piano di sotto) sono delle bravissime persone (anche se parlano solo tedesco). La cucina, infine, è molto ben allestita e funzionale.

Negativ: Non mi sono piaciute le seguenti cose: - la WIFI era troppo debole e lenta - Assenza totale di zanzariere (ad onor del vero, non sono presenti in nessuna casa in quelle zone), anche se non ci sono zanzare, essendo in campagna, c'erano molti insetti che, se lasciavi la finestra aperta, invadevano casa. - Una delle camere non aveva gli oscuranti, quindi alle 6 entrava la luce. - Purtroppo il salone con il divano erano al piano di sopra (la casa era su 2 livelli: 1° piano 3 camere, cucina e bagno; 2° piano 1 camera, il salone e 1 bagno. Di conseguenza passavamo la maggior parte del tempo, dopo cena, in cucina per non fare su e giù in continuazione.

Negativ: Bedden waren een beetje hard.
