Positiv: Sehr ruhige Lage. Waren schon das 2.te mal da, immer wieder gerne.

Positiv: Traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon, Zimmer sehr großzügig eingerichtet, schönes sauberes modernes Haus. Parkplatz vorm Haus

Negativ: Ich habe per Whatsapp erst 3 Tage später erfahren, wie ich in meine Unterkunft komme und wo sich der Schlüsselsafe befindet. Zum Glück hat mir ein Gast geholfen. Appartment 2 liegt leider neben der Haustür. bei jedem Ein - und Ausgang laute Türgeräusche.

Positiv: Schöne Aussicht und ruhige lage, schöner unterer Balkon

Negativ: Lärm am oberen Balkon vom abwasserrohr, lauter Kühlschrank und Lüftung im Bad, wird durch Sonneneinstrahlung recht heiß, kein Licht im Treppenhaus

Good stay, but strange booking process with concerns about data security.

Positiv: I really didn't know what to expect with this property given some other mixed reviews, however it all worked out fine in the end. I was familiar already with the location, which helped and the access road was fine, even despite quite a bit of heavy snowfall during our stay (winter tyres should be fine, you shouldn't need snow chains as another reviewer suggested). The apartment itself was very spacious and with good access from the rear of the property; I suggest using the undercover parking at the back which is underutilised by other guests. On the whole, I found the communication with the local property managers to work well by whatsapp, however it might be trickier for guests who don't speak some German.

Negativ: Ok, I agree with others that the booking system is a little odd/quirky, especially the follow up communication and invoicing from Belvilla, which seems to come from a plethora of different email addresses around Europe (and if you have a query you'll most likely you'll end up speaking to some AI Bot about it). My confidence was further shaken when I received a Whatsapp from scammers based in India (accurately quoting the booking reference number and date of our stay) wanting my credit card details (this was fairly obviously a scam though and seemed to affect many global bookings made through Booking.com - you'll find plenty about this on internet forums such as Reddit if you care to google such things, and with the even the same fictitious property manager named for properties across the globe from Bali to Amsterdam). Positiv: Very well equipped kitchen, large and comfortable bathroom, comfortable beds, great location

Negativ: Everything was fine

Wspaniały stosunek jakości do ceny.

Positiv: Obiekt wspaniały, cicha, spokojna okolica, dość blisko do małych restauracji, droga nawet po dużych opadach rano była odśnieżona co umożliwiało zjazd bez łańcuchów oraz po południu posypana, co umożliwiało spokojny wyjazd, szybki check-in, bez niepotrzebnego kontaktu. Pokoje schludne lecz czyste, okolica przepiękna.

Negativ: Jedyną niedogodnością okazał się być grzyb na oknach w obu pokojach sypialnianych.
