Apartment in Mieders near Ski Lift

Adorable place! Very strongly recommended for big family or 3 couples.

Positiv: The house is just adorable! It is absolutely new, very big, comfortable and gorgeous. The best that we ever been. It was a bit risky to go on apartment with zero feedbacks and no rating, but we are so happy for our choice. Very big terrace with so great view! 3 bedrooms (2 on the main floor and one with a bed and sofa on the bottom floor). There is even an elevator directly from the apartment to the parking underground! :-) The host allowed us to use the washing machine, which is located in underground area next to the parking. There was missing some item (hair fan), but after our request was completed by the host, thank you.

Negativ: The communication on the booking stage is not with the host, but with the managing company and they don't really able to provide any additional information to the written anyway. They only connect you to the host after you perform the payment. I also didn't like that the payment is in advance (and it is not so small money). One more thing that I didn't like is not connected to the flat itself, but to the location: On one hand, it is very central - close to Innsbruck, but on other hand, if you want to go directly to Innsbruck direction without spending time, you have to pay 3.5 Eur to use the bridge (same is on the way back). If you don't want to pay, you will go to Innsbruck 45 minutes instead of 20 minutes. Similar is for any time that you need to go to Innsbruck direction or to the right direction (east) from Innsbruck.

Positiv: Apartament w pełni wyposażony, byla nawet folia spożywcza i aluminiowa do żywności. Wygodne łóżka i sofa pozwoliły na odpoczynek po całym dniu spedzonym na nartach. Prywatna winda do mieszkania z garażu, garaż podziemny z dwom miejscami postojowymi. Pralka do wspólnego wykorzystania. Apartament dwupoziomowy z dwoma lazienkami i toaletą.
