Positiv: Die ruhige Lage mit dem tollen Bergblick..., aber auch das man gut bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnte, das heißt draußen war Ruhe. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder...!!!

Definitely one of the top offers in the area!
Positiv: Location - 15-20 minutes to Ötz and Sölden, 3 minutes to Längenfeld. Hospitality - the owner was great, helped us with advises much. Overall facility is of very good quality, with all we need to store conveniently our ski stuff. Great price for this quality!
Negativ: Sometimes we could hear our neighbours. The internet was slow.

Positiv: We were a group of ten students, which made it hard to find an affordable place that would offer us a place to stay. We ended up getting three different rooms, which were nice and cosy, and for the price we paid, they had everything we needed them to have. Also, the host Raudaschl is a lovely lady whose office is on the ground floor. If you need any help or if you have any infomational questions, she seemed very eager to help out.
Negativ: The only thing that could be approved, in our opinion, is the WiFi situation. There is WiFi, but it does not necessarily work that well, and you have to log into it every time you leave and come back. In general, you are supposed to separate and bring your own trash out when necessary, and once you leave, we believe, though, that during one of the days, someone came in while we werent there to bring the trash out for us.

Rekomenduoju planuojant taupias atostogas
Positiv: Kainos ir kokybės santykis! Labai švarūs, pakankamai jaukūs apartamentai su balkonu. Virtuvė kukli, tačiau yra indaplovė, kavos aparatas. Autobuso stotelė labai arti. Malonūs ir paslaugūs šeimininkai. Rrkomenduoju planuojant taupias atostogas.
Negativ: Važiuoti autobusu iki slidinėjimo vietos užtrunka apie 30-40min, bet stotelė pirma maršrute, todėl visada yra vietos atsisėsti. Nėra tikro slidžių kambario, kaip įprasta. Slidinėjino batus reikia palikti rūsyje ant šildomų grindų, jie ne visada spėdavo išdžiūti. Slidės laikoms atskirame sandėliuke kieme, kurį reikia atsirakinti paėmus raktą regiatratūroje. Apartamentai ankštoki 4 žmonėms, įrengimas senovinis. Labai kukli virtuvė, nėra orkaitės (žinojome iš anksto), dviejų vietų senovinė (ne indukcinė) elektrinė viryklė.

Positiv: Ubytování se nachází v klidné vesničce nedaleko lyžařského střediska Hochoetz, Sölden , Obergurgl. V blízkosti je zastávka skibusu. V ubytování bylo útulno, čisto, teplo. Majitelé jsou velmi milí.

Positiv: Skvela lolalita, vyborni majitele, moc mila rodina, vybaveni super - mycka, mikrovlnka, varna konvice, el. Varna deska atd., moc hezke vyhledy.
Negativ: Nehodnotime negativne, jen je ubytovani mensi, zejmena kuchyn, ale absolutne dostacujici. Jeste bychom ocenili susak na lyzarske boty (omlouvam se majitelum, pokud jsme ho pouze nenasli)

Mooie locatie in de buurt van Sölden
Positiv: Mooi last minute alternatief voor onze dubbele boeken. skibus dicht in de buurt
Negativ: Er waren geen drogers voor de skischoenen. Wel vloerverwarming maar de schoenen waren niet altijd helemaal droog aan de tenen.
