Schöne Wohnung

Positiv: Sehr tolle Lage! Sehr große geräumige, helle Wohnung.

Positiv: Die Lage ist top und auch super schöne Zimmer/Wohnungen.

Negativ: Auch wenn es mir bewusst war hätte ich gerne eine Rezeption gehabt gür ein nöchstes mal.

Appartement zentral in Innsbruck

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Zentrum. Bus und Straßenbahn in der Nähe und Restaurant im Nachbarhaus. Sehr gute Ausstattung (zum Beispiel gab zur Waschmaschine auch wäschepods).

Negativ: Ich bewerte es nicht negativ, aber jeder der diese Zimmer/Wohnungen bucht sollte gelesen haben das alles über self Check-in geht und der Schlüssel über das Handy funktioniert. Eine klassische 24 h besetzte Rezeption vor Ort wie im Hotel gibt es nicht.

Ich würde trotz der Probleme beim Einchecken jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Positiv: Da es eine Ferienwohnung war, gab es kein Frühstück. Gefallen hat uns die Raumaufteilung, die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam an einem Tisch zu sitzen, den Abend zusammen ausklingen zu lassen. Und die Möglichkeit, den Morgen mit einem Kaffee in der Wohnung zu beginnen.

Negativ: Da ich nicht fit beim online einchecken bin, wollte ich dies vor Ort im Eingangsbereich erledigen. Dies war durch einen Fehler im Bedienfeld nicht möglich. Eine eintreffende Familie hat dann am Handy geholfen.

Positiv: Everything was perfect, location, size, facilities, cleanliness, everything we needed a fantastic apartment, will 100% return. Super quick to respond to messages & luggage storage was perfect

Fantastic stay and would recommend to others travelling with friends and family.

Positiv: Excellent location close to train station, city centre and SOWI university campus. Spacious and very comfortable rooms! The washing machine and drying racks were such a wonderful bonus for our 10 day stay. App was great and easy to use.

Negativ: The kitchen could be a bit better equipped for food prep and storage. Also description of hotel should warn people of the long staircase to some of the apartments. Not an issue for us, but can see how it can cause problems with those may have mobility issues or have large suitcases. One night our door was disconnected from the system and we were locked out for a while until we were able to figure out how to reach assistance. It would be helpful to include emergency contact details in your app to call afterhours.

Positiv: Big bedrooms, clean and comfortable. Good location.

The most wonderful spacious apartment in the most beautiful location

Positiv: The location was superb and the apartment was the perfect combination of a historic building and beautiful clean, modern interior. We loved absolutely everything about it from the spacious rooms to the modern appliances.

Good value for money but be aware there’s no elevator.

Positiv: Great location right next to the old town, apartment was spacious and clean.

Negativ: No lift - and narrow staircase. Problems with the digital checkin but the staff were really good and sorting that out.
