drei Erwachsene: für fünf Tage Innsbruck eine gut gelegene Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

Positiv: Gute zentrale Lage, Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke

Negativ: Ein Schrank zum Unterbringen der Reisesachen wäre noch wünschenswert, ansonsten war alles sehr komfortabel

Perfekte Lage

Positiv: Tolle Lage und das Appartment hatte alles was man benötigt.

Tolle Wohnung für 2-4 Personen

Positiv: Alles sehr modern, voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine), 2 separate 1,40m (?) Betten. sehr tolle Dusche und Fußbodenheizung im Bad! Kein Schlüssel, sondern Türcode (damit kommen alle immer rein, wann sie wollen und man muss sich nicht mit Schlüsseln rumstreiten - wir waren zu 2. unterwegs)

Negativ: Maximal, dass man gehört hat, wenn das andere Appartement die Tür zugemacht hat. Aber das war nicht wirklich störend. Ansonsten alles supi, sollte aber für dem Preis auch sein.

Positiv: wir waren schnell zu fuss im zentrum. das so appartment ist sehr hübsch.

Negativ: das appartment war parterre und vor dem dem eingang wurde geraucht. bei offenem wie bei geschlossenem fenster stank es leider nach rauch.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung

Positiv: Wohnung für 1-2 Personen ideal! Gute Raumaufteilung, gemütlich und durch diverse Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten sehr einladend zu gestalten. Größe ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt total ausreichend. Die Kritik bzgl. der Luftqualität konnte ich nicht nachvollziehen - ich hatte auch tagsüber die Fenster immer angeklappt (Mitte Mai) und ein angenehmes Klima in der kleinen Wohnung. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher - alles vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Tolle Gegend mit großartigen Cafés und Restaurants. Supermarkt 2min entfernt. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder wohnen!

Negativ: Es hätte noch etwas gründlicher geputzt werden können hinsichtlich Krümel und Staub (Putzutensilien und Staubsauger sind aber vorhanden und nutzbar). Ansonsten war es sauber und ordentlich. Die Investition in ein paar zusätzliche Messer und Wassergläser wäre wünschenswert. Die Lage im EG an der Straße ist etwas schwierig bzgl. Öffnen der Vorhänge, aber ich konnte mich gut daran gewöhnen und habe mich dennoch wohl gefühlt.

Positiv: Top Lage, sehr sauber, schöne und praktische Einrichtung

Negativ: Etwas problematisch bei Milbenallergie

Great stay, has its positives and negatives like everything.

Positiv: Right in the city, 5 minute walk to city centre. Has everything you would need for short and long stays. Communication was quick from the hosts. Ease of access.

Negativ: Hot water runs on a meter (If you are in shower for any longer than 10 minutes it starts to go freezing cold). No Aircon or windows for fresh air, even in winter it was far too hot. Walls feel hollow, you can hear other people staying in the apartment next to you and also above very loudly, we were woken up early every morning from kids running around upstairs.

Short Christmas City Visit

Positiv: Good Location just outside of Old Town with good proximity to the OBB train station. Good quality kitchen area for proper cooking. Very good shower room. Furniture is of good size and comfortable. Staff spoke good English when we called for an enquiry.

Negativ: Could provide a few more kitchen utensils but I like cooking breakfast so your milage may vary.

Central location but unusual bedding

Positiv: Good location, close to supermarket, train station, and cafes. It was a 12 minute walk to the old town. Good bathroom, large sitting area and kitchen had everything except an oven. It didn't have any stairs.

Negativ: We were there in September, and the apartment was hot. The front window faced the footpath, so there was no privacy, and we had to keep the curtains closed all the time . The back windows faced a walkway, so privacy and security were an issue . The bedroom had a low mezzanine ceiling with another double bed above the ground floor bed. If you are taller than 175cm, you would need to bend down to walk under it to get to bed. We found the bed to be low to the floor.

Great holiday of walking and cycling

Positiv: Nice size. Separate bedroom. Good living area. Convenient to the station and buses. This property gives you access to the Innsbruck Welcome Card which has free public transport and a raft of free guided walks and e-bike tours (just pay for bike rental if necessary) Great value experience!
