Nette Unterkunft äußerst freundlicher Kontakt.

Positiv: Es ist ein Mikroapartment. Es gab alles was wir benötigten. Alles noch sehr neu. Besteck und Geschirr ist für 2 Mahlzeiten ausgelegt. Im Schrank gab es noch Kleidungsstücke vom Vorgänger. Was bestimmt für den ein oder anderen Hilfreich ist. Wir konnten sogar eher in die Unterkunft und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Negativ: Das Badezimmer ist ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wand hätte man doch für mein Empfinden, lieber bis nach oben ziehen sollen. Aber dann würde mit Sicherheit der Scharm verloren gehen. Vielleicht ein Glasmodul bis zur Decke.

Positiv: Das Apartment hat eine gute Lage mit toller Aussicht. Es ist sehr sauber und super eingerichtet.

Negativ: Bett, Bettdecke und Polster könnten qualitativ besser sein.

All in all, definitely high quality stay.

Positiv: A fairly small apartment, but covering all necessities. Everything was tidy and clean, communication went efficiently and without issue, so there was nothing to worry about or have to suddenly deal with. Ideal for using it as a base for trips and such.

Negativ: The bathroom isn't divided from the rest fully by a wall, so it presented awkward situations, since all sounds could be heard. More ideal for a couple, less for coworkers. But still could be managed, even if awkward.

Fanatastic-- planing on staying there next year. Cannot beat the facilites and the location. GREAT

Positiv: You go down the street and there is a grocery store for buying goceries-I cook all my meals, The room is fine for me--one person and the amenities are all there--washer, dryer, full kitchen fridge and all the necessaries to cook. Rene is an excellent host-best in the world. Second year there for over a month each time and can not beat it--near bus lines to old town and the university where I teach in the summer.

Overall a great stay at great location.

Positiv: Really like the vibe of the appartement. Very cozy, comfy and excellent for couples. Very near to central and all the tourist places are 15-20 mins walkable. The tram and bus are 4 mins walk from this place. Even though i didn’t cook but this place has all the equipments for cooking. My flight was not at the checkout time instead in afternoon. I requested the owner that I want to keep my luggage somewhere. The owner allowed my to stay free of charge till the afternoon because he had booking from evening. I really like this gesture.

Negativ: It would be great if this place has a floor mat to clean my feet before jump on to bed. There is a separation between washroom and bedroom but it is not actual separation instead a half wall so it would be great to have a room spray or freshner.

Espaço incrível perto de tudo

Positiv: O espaço tem tudo que se precisa e é muito bem dividido no tamanho que tem. A cama é boa e é fácil montar e desmontar. Localização excelente. Rene é o melhor anfitrião que já tive. E olha que viajo bastante. Sempre solícito, responde rápido e fez de tudo para nos ajudar em nossas demandas ao longo dos 30 dias que ficamos aqui. Recomendo demais!
