Positiv: Very beautiful spacious rooftop apartment with terrace, big enough for family of five with three children, amazing view, perfectly equipped, and big parking place. Nice very quiet surroundings.

Negativ: The host was very friendly, however, be aware of the check-in time. It is until 20:30. We went by car and were expecting to arrive between 21:00 and 22:00. I messaged the host approx. 5 hours before but the host insisted on us coming on time - otherwise we could not check in (with the explanation we should have read the terms and conditions on booking.com). We paid in advance and were lucky because we managed to come on time, but it brought us a lot of stress on the way going by car with three kids knowing we would have nowhere to sleep. I must say I booked dozens of apartments before, and this has never happened to me. There is always a way (key box, hiding the key, ask a neighbour ....) to handle such a situation.

Positiv: perfect location, views from the terrace, beds were comfortable, ample parking space, Manuela (owner) is a very nice lady. She gave us many tips for our travel/stay. Public transport connections are also very good. Every hour there is a bus to Innsbruck Main Station.

Negativ: Nothing as such. Good to have - Some toiletries and kitchen paper towels Also, when you reach the location I could not find Apt Inntal mentioned anywhere. You need to contact(ring the doorbell) for Stockholzer familie 😊 But we were able to figure that out
