Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr zentral. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bus

Positiv: Super nette Gastgeber. Extrem hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch.

Positiv: Perfect location, very big house, great parking space, very nice place outside where you can sit and eat.

Negativ: The only minus was that there was no washing machine.

Positiv: Great location in Gotzens. Near ski fields and Innusbruk. Host was helpful in providing information .

Negativ: Facilities and furnishings in the house were rather dated. Kitchen in particular needs some improvement, especially the stove that did not work well.. Also a very spongy mattress that did not make for a comfortable sleep.

Positiv: The lovely ground-floor apartment, with big outside patio and mountain views, is well appointed and unusually spacious, which is a huge plus point in my book. It is quite literally a home-from-home. Precisely what we needed on our extended overland holiday through central Europe. It is also quite perfect for skiing, close to several winter olympic ski resorts, with the whole panacea of pistes. All easily reachable via a frequent and free bus service. As is the city of Innsbruck itself. In truth, one can hardly wish for more - though a washing machine would be an added bonus. The host is a lovely chap, ex mayor of the mountain village of Götzens - for some 34 years. (Note that he is not bilingual, though his daughter is.)

Live like a local!

Positiv: A 20 minute bus ride from Innsbruck, the Singer is a delightful way to experience the small and beautiful village of Götzens. The first floor of the house is like stepping back in time. Previous reviews cover what the space does and does not offer to help you decide if it is the place for you. For us, it was a fantastic way to experience Austria. The views are of indescribable beauty and the host was so kind. We’ll definitely be back in the winter to take advantage of the many nearby ski runs. And, if you’re looking for a place to eat in Innsbruck, try Das Brett restaurant. The food is delicious and well priced and has a ton of games to play.

Totally recommend!

Positiv: Everything about the house was great, well equipped with kitchen appliances and cutlery, spatious, decent insulation, great location.

Negativ: Only exception was the bath towels, they had a weird smell.
